I will give him the honors of a victorious soldier, because he exposed himself to death. He was counted among the rebels. He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels. Isaiah 53,12

Isaiah writes about Jesus that he was counted among the rebels. In his time here on earth, Jesus was for many people, not the nice guy but the cornerstone. Do you know the meaning of the cornerstone?
First of all, it means a stone that cannot be used on the construction site, which is part of the committee. But it is precisely this stone that is selected, it is a particularly valuable stone that is needed for the construction: the cornerstone. That is what is written in Psalms 118,22 "The stone that the builders have discarded, it has become the cornerstone."
Although many people didn´t agree with him, because they couldn´t understand him, he became the cornerstone for everybody. Without Jesus, there is no way to the Father, and our belief wouldn´t exist in the way it does. Without him, we wouldn´t have a high priest that intercedes for us, a king that shows us how to reign, a best friend who knows our sorrows, and a big brother who protects us, and a bridegroom who loves us.

To lift our eyes unto the one who does everything victorious, helps us to move forward and reach our god-given aims.
Be blessed in his presence
