Pray for peace in Jerusalem. May all who love this city prosper. O Jerusalem, may there be peace within your walls and prosperity in your palaces. Hi lovely ones,
I write this special blog today, to ask you, to pray with me for Jerusalem, because heavy forest fires burn in the hills around the city of Jerusalem. Before our eyes, we see signs, as they are written in the book of Revelation. Although the fullness of the things that happen right now around the world try to steal our peace, we are allowed to lift our eyes upon the one from whom our help comes and stay together with those who need our prayer the most, right now.
Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, causing it to scorch everyone with its fire. Everyone was burned by this blast of heat, and they cursed the name of God, who had control over all these plagues. They did not repent of their sins and turn to God and give him glory. Revelation 16:8-9
Please don´t let us only pray for peace and protection over Jerusalem, but for the salvation of many of them. In their turnaround to the LORD is blessing established for the whole world, which we need very urgently.
In Romans Paul writes, how much God desires to bring the Gospel to the Jews, we, the ones who are grafted into the oil tree, are blessed if the original oil tree is healthy. God has always everything before his eyes, and everything depends on each other. If one is suffering, the whole body is suffering. But how much more, will God open up things for us, if stand up for his people, and stand up in prayer as well.
