Today I want to start with you a new series. Soul Healing is the main subject the LORD speaks to me over and over again because he wants to see us whole again.
He has made us perfect but what we experience in our lives leaves big wounds on our soul. The loss of a family member, a divorce, sickness, loss of a job, home, or... There are so many things. And there is something else, many people don´t think about in our days - curses in their family bloodline. So over the next forty weeks, we will dive deeper into this. What are family curses? What causes them? What does scripture say about them? And most important how to identify them and remove them forever? These are the main questions we will work on because God is not only interested to set us free but to see us stay free. To underline the teaching that I will share with you, I create a workshop which is coming in June, called: Cut off the ties.
So often people want to get deeper inside into the word of GOD, want to hear GOD´s voice more clearly but still don´t even get it to the point where they want to be. The reason for this is often laying in the past and very often not in our own past but those of our ancestors. From God´s perspective, we are still in captivity and cannot fulfill our destiny in the great dimension he has planed for us. God sees all the rocks and stones, that have crashed our roads. But he wants to see us free and restored, so he gives the command to remove all obstacles in our lives and to rebuild the road. Jesus died and prepared the way for us to the father's heart.
“Look! I am sending my messenger, and he will prepare the way before me. Then the Lord you are seeking will suddenly come to his Temple. The messenger of the covenant, whom you look for so eagerly, is surely coming,” says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies. Malachi 3:1
John the Baptist prepared the way for Jesus to come, and Jesus prepared the way for you to eternity. If you believe in Jesus Christ as your savior, you are a child of God, you have eternal life, but there is more that God has prepared for you. Too many people are saved, but have no idea how to grow spiritually and gain all the things, Paul wrote in Ephesians about.
So for the next week, I want to encourage you, to ask the Lord for revelation in which area of your life he wants to start with a great spring cleaning in your soul. Write down which obstacles you are facing at the moment and where you need his helping hand.
Keep in mind, he wants to see you blessed, protected, healed, and restored.
