Go, for Saul is my chosen instrument to take my message to the Gentiles and to kings, as well as to the people of Israel.
Acts 9,15
It doesn´t matter if you think you have a small-looking calling like Ananias or one like an apostle. God gave you all you need to move forward for him.
Sometimes we think about the fact if the next little step is important or not. For God, every little thing you do in obedience is very important. The best: You never know what he will do with it! Ananias was obedient, went to Saul, lay hands on him, and prayed for him. You may think, that´s easy, I can do that two. Yes, you can, but will you do it, although the person might have killed your brothers and sisters? God says:" You are my chosen instrument to take my message to the Gentiles."
Whatever it is for you, although you might not understand God´s command, but make sure to follow it. Saul was a horrible persecutor, but he turned to the most faithful servant you could ever imagine. And the fruit of his life is still growing. Much more important, Ananias takes part in the unbelievable huge fruit, although he did a very small part of the work, but a very important one.
Ask this week the Holy Spirit, what he wants you to do, or even maybe not to do - it is all about bringing our plans under his will, although we might do things differently and do not understand them. Stay in his peace and prayer although your brain may tell you a different way.
Be blessed in the following week and filled with his love.
